The countdown is on to the very special 50th Anniversary of L’Oréal Colour Trophy in Ireland and this year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever.
TV presenter and DJ Vogue Williams and four-piece rock band The Strypes are set to keep the crowd entertained at the star-studded gala event at Dublin’s Convention Centre on Monday June 20th. The Grand Final will begin with a champagne reception at 7pm followed by a black tie dinner, spectacular presentations and the onsite after-show party featuring Vogue and The Strypes.
The special awards ceremony will be hosted by newlywed and TV presenter Amanda Byram and will honour the brightest hairdressing talents across the country, involve the biggest icons in the industry and showcase all that is loved about hair colour, trends and fashion.
The special anniversary event will also feature exclusive shows from Peter Mark and Zeba hair salons and will showcase the best of emerging and established Irish hairdressers.
This year’s award categories include the L’Oréal Men’s Image Award, the Star Award and the highly coveted L’Oréal Colour Trophy. Hairdressers from salons all over Ireland will go head to head to compete for the most sought after award in the Irish hairdressing industry with the aim of impressing the judging panel, whichfeatures some of the highest profiled names in the international hairdressing industry, including Jack Howard (Paul Edmonds), Adam Reed (Percy & Reed), Alan Edwards, Siobhan Jones (Headmasters), Andrew Mulvenna and Tina Farey (Rush).
For the first time ever the L’Oréal Colour Trophy winner will also get the opportunity to compete on a global scale at the L’Oréal Professionnel Business Forum in Lisbon in October.
Tickets for this year’s final are now available and cost €200 each. For more information, visit www.lorealcolourtrophy.ie.
